Barlow’s Wheel, Mercury Free
Catalogue No: 1070915
Comprises a slotted copper disc about 160mm diameter capable of freely rotating across axis and is supported on a pair of side supports with adjustable bearings. A pair of parallel blocks is mounted on the base to locate the U magnet. A metalic brush is mounted tangentially to the disc. On providing electrical power through a pair of colour coded sockets, the wheel starts rotating. The special design eliminate the requirement of mercury. Operate on 12V DC, 10A max.
