A metal disc of about 40mm diameter, graduated 100 divisions, rests on the center of a metal table, through a steel screw. The table carries 3 pointed steel legs at the underside, equidistant from each other. A vertical scale, graduated 10-0-10mm also mounted on the table for measurements.
